Leatherwork & Sewing

Our leather work is all handcrafted with various thickness of leather. We can make any design, and although we appreciate and frequently use Viking symbols, we are open to new challenges. We have made a few projects, and continue to work on additional items like sheaths for knives, bookmarks, jewelry, purse, wallets, etc.

 

Traditionally, the thicker the leather, the bigger and stronger the item you are making. For example, a sheath is appropriate for thicker leather, whoever something like jewelry or bookmarks would be best made with thinner leather. Since we also make knives and other items as a blacksmith, leather work seemed like an appropriate project to embark upon. We have been testing our abilities for various hand-sewing techniques, and also possess equipment necessary for larger sew jobs.

 

Sewing is something we adapted to after being confronted with a few personal challenges. We have since been working on memorabilia-related projects. This is an ideal gift for anyone that will truly touch the heart. Whether it be a past life that is depicted through cloth photos, little tokens from a collection of shirts or something different we aim to please and provide respect to that personal circumstance and what it means to anyone who receives the gift.
